NOTICE OF QUARTERLY DUES INCREASE:

In accordance with the governing documents of the Live Oak Landing Homeowners Association,
The Board of Directors approved the 2024 Budget which was provided at the Annual Meeting
of the Association on August 24, 2023.

It has been determined a $25 per quarter increase in dues is required to meet projected
expenses for the upcoming year. Beginning January 1, 2024, dues will be $110/quarter.
